All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

Shipping typically takes between 5–10 business days depending on your location within the United States. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. 

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to high demand, weather conditions, or carrier issues. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email. 

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. 

For Kids Online is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If you experience issues with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
